Eva Silverstein

Eva Silverstein is a world-renowned theoretical physicist who currently serves on the Scientific Advisory Committee of LeCosPA.

Biography

Eva Silverstein is a Professor of Physics at Stanford University and the Wells Family Director of the Stanford Institute for Theoretical Physics. In her research, she has made many fundamental contributions to quantum gravity and early universe cosmology.

Silverstein's work has been recognized by many awards including a Mac Arthur Fellowship, a DOE Outstanding Junior Investigator award, a Sloan Fellowship, a Bergmann Memorial Award and a Simons Investigator award. She is a fellow of the American Physical Society (APS) and the American Academy of Arts and Sciences (AAAS).
